How do I personalize my order?
Choose your options on the product page and enter your personalization details. If a proof is included, we’ll send it before production.
Do you offer proofs?
For design-based or layout-based personalization, yes. Some items go straight to production for faster turnaround—this will be noted on the product page.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is custom-made to order. Color and placement may vary slightly due to personalization and material differences—always within our quality standards.
Processing & rush orders
How long does it take?
Production times vary by item and season. You’ll receive an estimated timeframe via email after each product is ordered.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders can be requested by WhatsApp and each one will be handled individually
Shipping
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Shipping costs and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout.
Can you ship directly as a gift?
Absolutely—add your gift note at checkout. Our packaging is gift-ready.
Returns & cancellations (custom-friendly wording)
Do you accept returns?
Because items are personalized, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind or spelling errors submitted at checkout. If there’s a defect or an issue caused by us, we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes/cancellations are only possible before production begins. Message us as soon as possible.
